    Hi Alaeden,

Have you inserted the HTML tags into the Text element or the Embed element? If you have added it to the Text element, please try adding it to the Embed element and see if that solves the problem? It should read like this.

    This isn't what I'm asking.

I need a more robust way to fix this issue for 200 text elements. It is extremely frustrating to rework the whole site just because you made a sudden change to the product without giving me a chance to transition to it.

My site is now messed up because of that.

Is there a way to roll back my version? What is the most recent version that doesn't have this unpleasant restriction? And how can I roll back to it?

    Hi Alaeden,

You can roll back to previous versions even though it is not a recommended practice. Please take a full backup of your website before attempting this. Please also ensure that you know how to restore your website from a backup. If you do not have a good backup system, you can consider WPvivid or UpdraftPlus

We do not know which previous versions had this feature available. You can try these versions

    • Brizy 2.3.37
    • Brizy Pro 2.3.30

To rollback to these versions, please follow this procedure

    1. Deactivate and delete Brizy and Brizy Pro
    2. Under Plugin - Add New  click on Upload Plugin and upload Brizy 2.3.37 ZIP file https://jmp.sh/CPi27VW
    3. Upload Brizy Pro 2.3.30 https://jmp.sh/8IGj3Bk
    4. Add the license key if it is missing

Experiencing this same issue just now today in 2025. Has there been a fix for this in a more recent update? We'd prefer not to rollback in this case.

    Hello Joshua,

Brizy Text element does not support HTML tags. The Embed element supports these tags. Try pasting the text with HTML tags into the Embed element
