Menu Navigation Border on Brizy how do i do that?

How do I create navigation menu that has line separation between the text like this 
Home | About | Regulation | Contact | Sponsorship 

Is there a way to do this graciously?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you need to add a border to the navigation menu, please click on Menu- color- border. Then add the border for the menu. Please see this video.
