Brizy not able to connect to 3rd party domain even though my plan allows me to

I am getting an error that states that my price plan does not allow 3rd party connections but it does, it's not the first website I connect to a 3rd party domain provider but the first time I am getting this error.  any advice in how to fix this?

  What 3rd-party Free Hosting did you choose to publish the Brizy Cloud project? We have created 4 articles for each connection.

  this is what I am seeing, and I am getting the same red banner on other websites that I am trying to connect. My pricing plan is Brizy PRO lifetime and I usually connect websites to other domains regularly so I'm not sure why I'm getting this

  i already connect 2 domains, im allowed 3 under my plan?

  Can i get some help.

  Hello Edgar,

  In your account, these three projects use custom domains.      

  

   

  Since appropriate DNS records are not added to the project "Taco Paco Painting", the custom domain does not point to your Brizy Cloud project. You can delete the custom domain added to this project to free up a PRO license.  A custom domain can then be added to another project.

  To delete the custom domain, please select the "Delete Domain" option here
