May I know if there is any way to check which page clients visit when they submit the form?

  Hi Oliver,

  Yes; there is a way to check which page the user visits when they submit the form. In the 'Meta Data' field, please select the option "Page URL'

  

   

  In the Email Notification, the page URL will be included.
