BRIZY LIFETIME PRO downgraded to Studio?
I've been with you guys since the beginning. Purchased a lifetime plan way back when. April of last year I went PRO lifetime and now I'm downgraded to Pro Studio and no longer to publish my projects?? It wants me to upgrade.
I've got a project that needs to launch ASAP.

We have checked your account, and everything is good, you can publish the project from your account. The issue is that you're working in a FREE account. You cannot use your Pro options in a FREE account. So, if you need to publish the project from the FREE account you need to upgrade first the FREE account to the Pro account.

I'm still awaiting a response on this. I need to launch this website and I have no ability to get it launched for the client. I am supposed to be on the pro lifetime plan... not a free plan. I've sent a screenshot, but I'll also attach it here - Please fix ASAP.

Hi David,
The problem is that you are working in another account and that account has a FREE plan. You can not use your PRO option in a FREE account. Please tell to the owner of the FREE account to upgrade his plan to a PRO plan, in this case, you will be able to use your PRO options.

No, Nelea, I'm not. My account is yotestit@gmail.com It is a BRIZY LIFETIME PRO ACCOUNT. I have logged into this account a million times. I've launched over 28 websites with this account. Now I cannot launch websites with a custom domain, it is asking me to upgrade. This is the website - https://subscriptiondates.brizy.site/ it is associated with yotestit@gmail.com - a LIFETIME PRO account. As I've asked for 2 days now. Please make it so I can launch websites according to the plan that I've paid for. This is not a free account. This is a Lifetime Pro account. I've sent you the screenshot. I don't know how else to get this through.

Thank you. We are getting closer HOWEVER there is still a discrepancy.
If you look here - https://nimb.ws/1uX9Ie - you will see that it doesn't expire until April of 2023.
Next.... my auto-renew is turned off because I have a LIFETIME account. as seen here - https://nimb.ws/HMqbtZ
The old one was done so I upgraded with the lifetime option. This was supposed to expire in 2023. I don't have the ability to turn auto-renew on, I guess because it is a lifetime account? So this seems to be an issue on your end that needs to be fixed. Also, It comes with 2 years of pro hosting so what happens in 2023 when that expires if I have a LIFETIME account? Does it become an add on? Seems misleading to call it a lifetime account if it isn't for the total time I have had this account.0 -

Yes, it is an issue on our part. We already created an issue for our developers and they will investigate it and find a solution for it. We will come with an update as soon as possible.
