published page is blank

Hi, I am using brizy cloud, i have connected my domain and everything seems to be okay. Current data is green for @ and www CNAME. I can edit the page on brizy, however when I click the arrow to view the page, it links to my website but is blank, nothing showing

Could you please suggest on how to fix?

  The error with the blank page appears if you did not publish the page from here. Then, please click on the Update, and after this on the Preview.
