I'm facing issue with contact form email setting. Its continue showing loading icon.

I've fixed the problem with your form at https://www.ellelogisticscompany.com/contact-us Kindly set up the email notification for the form once more.
Please duplicate the form, remove the original form and reconfigure the email notification if this occurs again.

Hi Will,
Like I have mentioned above, if this happens again, kindly follow these steps
- Duplicate the form by clicking on the 'Duplicate' icon at the top right corner of the form
- Delete the original form
- Reconfigure the email notification in the duplicated form
