We bought Brizy pro but the account is not showing up as a PRO account and not allowing access to PRO features

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Your pro option for Brizy Cloud is activated, and everything works well. 

    At the moment you are working on another account, in a FREE account please see here. This account does not have the Pro option included. So, you cannot use the pro options from your account in another Free account.  If you want to use your pro option in this account the owner of this account should have the pro option too.
