Menu not showing

My menus ins wordpress are not pulling through into Brizy...Can I get assistance.

  Hi Motseki,

  To display the WordPress menu in Brizy, please follow these steps

  1. Hover your mouse over "Select a menu from the element options'.
  2. Click on the top right hand side corner and then select the hamburger icon
  3. Select one of the menus you have created in WordPress

  This does not work anymore. None of the menus I have created show up in the list of available ones.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  After creating the menu items, did you try to reload your Brizy page in the browser?
  It is necessary to reload the Brizy page after adding new menu items on WordPress to ensure that the new menu items are visible within the list.

  Hello, 

  The issue was the template. The default templates do not work with the menus I switched to Blocksy and it worked. Thank you very much.

  I am having this same issue. I cannot select any menus except for the demo. Using Brizy Pro and the Philanthropy layout template. I have saved the menu, updated the page in Brizy, refreshed, but that is still the only menu option. What else can I try?

  Hi Jason,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  To address this issue, please ensure that you have the option to create a menu in your current theme. You can find this option under Appearance -> Menu. If you don't see this option, it's possible that you're using one of the default themes that no longer supports it. In that case, I recommend switching to one of the themes available on the following link: https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. 
  Once you've selected a new theme, create your menu accordingly - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043773512-How-to-create-a-menu-in-WordPress

  After completing these steps, reload your template in the Brizy builder and check if you now have access to select a menu.
