Shows as guest account when trying to log in

Hi there.

 

I've got an active subscription for Brizy Cloud but when I try to log in after it pops up with the banner saying that I'm logged in as a guest account, it says "login successful" but then nothing changes on the page. I've tried logging in repeatedly but am unable to actually log in - even though it says login successful.

I need access to my account quite urgently so any help would be much appreciated!
