Global Header/Footer

There is something wrong with my global header. Every few days, I check my site, and the global header is right above my global footer. No matter how times I move it back and save the page, it always navigates to the incorrect orientation. Please assist.

  Thank you for your post.

  I fixed this issue in this way: On the home page, the first block https://jmp.sh/emySfho was a simple block - i saved as global block. In Brizy builder, we can not have the first block - a simple block; the second block - a global block; The correct arrangement: first block - a simple block; the second block - a simple block; the 3rd block - a global block. Or, the first and the second blocks should be global blocks.
