Terrible load times or timing out entirely.
I thought there was an issue with my host but I spoke with them and they said that the Brizy plugin is pulling what to me php processes and that is causing issues with the sites loading.
Could you please tell me how to fix it?

Hi Clyde,
I have taken a look at your website. I did not find any indication of problems with Brizy on your website. I would like to take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to further investigate the cause of the slow speed.
If you need help with this investigation, please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. Please enable the option "Send the new user an email about their account" as in this screenshot https://jmp.sh/sOSGGR3
Once you have sent me an invitation, please let me know here.

Hi Clyde,
I have installed a caching/optimization plugin. Your website performance has improved significantly after this. Have a look at this report https://gtmetrix.com/reports/benditonc.com/zQoUc8jY/

Wonderful, thank you! Is this something I should do on all of my brizy builds?

Hi Clyde,
Yes; you should use a caching/optimization plugin for all your WordPress websites. You should also optimize your images before uploading.
