Can't acticate the Brizy Pro license

I purchased Brizy Pro about a week ago, downloaded it and added the license key to the settings and my website still shows "upgrade to Pro to use this Header element" "Get a Pro plan"

 Can anyone assist?

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.3 and Brizy Pro 2.4.3.?
