Brizy WP: Global Block Keeps Moving to Bottom of Page

Hey guys, very strange recurring issue. 

website: www.candy.gi

I have a block placed beneath my header menu. Every few hours, it will appear near the bottom of the page (above the footer) without me moving it. 

See images attached: gb1 shows where its supposed to be and gb2 shows where it ends up. 

Please advise
