Lightbox issue

My website is www.theenglishgarden.biz. When I click on any image in the Flowers, Garden, Succulents, Remembrance, Houseplants, and Gifts sections, the light box image appears in the bottom of the screen. Sometimes the customer is not even aware there is any image unless they scroll down. I looked at all the settings that I can configure to fix this issue but can't find one. Please help.

  Hi Lyndon,

  Can you do some tests to identify the possible cause for this? Two reasons I can think of are

  1. Possible incompatibility between WP Rocket and Brizy: Try disabling WP Rocket and check if it resolves the problem. 
  2. Possible incompatibility between Suki and Brizy. It is a bit more difficult to test this. Your page header appears designed in Suki. Please follow these steps

  • Save your homepage as a layout
  • Make a new blank page and recreate the header in Brizy and add the homepage content below the header. 
  • Make the new page your homepage.
  • Try changing your theme to Twenty Twenty One
