Settings menu do not show up for elements
Hello,
I don't know if it happened with the last update or not but when I'm editing a Brizy pro page and click on an element, the small popup menu appears, but when I click on anything in that menu (hyperlink, settings, colors etc), the other big menu or the colors etc menu do not show up..
I have deleted & reinstall the plugins abut that did not solve issue. Any idea why this might happen?
Thanks,

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you confirm that you are using the using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.3 and Brizy Pro 2.4.3? Please, try to deactivate all other plugins, clear the cache, and check if the problem is still present. In case, if this doesn't help, please, try to activate one of the default WordPress themes (for example, Twenty Twenty-One) and check if icons will be displayed then.
Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you!
Best regards, Nelea.

Hello,
I've tried all of the options but there is definitely an issue with the Brizy plugin itself. I even cannot change the fonts of the texts in the Brizy builder. It seems Brizy ediyor just suddenly stopped working after I updated to the latest version 2.4.3 update..
For example, I select a text in a Brizy block, and change the font to Yeseva, but the change is not reflected (fonts do not change). Do you know why the fonts would not change?
Is there anything like resetting the Brizy plugin?
Best,

Hey George,
While I was looking deeper into this, I realized that the issue is this: The secondary settings menu appears waay above the page and not just above the element/block as it used to be. Please see the screenshot attached below. Do you know what would cause this? (I am working on the code right now and would not be able to share admin access this time).

As an additional info, this secondary settings menu appears around the page hero area (topmost area) for all the elements and all the setting options (url, font, color etc.). When you scroll up to the page to find this secondary settings menu and click on the "styling" option, the right sticky popup styling menu appears fine).
Also, you can see the list of css files loaded in this Brizy editor page here: pasteboard.co/tVNRgxrRcrdI.png
If we can solve this, I'll be an avid supporter of Brizy again :)
Thanks in advance!

Hi Ozgur,
One possible reason for this issue could be incompatibility between Jobster Theme and Brizy. Since your header and footer designs come from this theme, you may find it difficult to try a different theme. Please let us know these.
- Can you please click on the Reorder Blocks icon on the left sidebar and count the total number of blocks on your home page and let us know the count? https://jmp.sh/qtgrcOT
- Are you using absolute position for any of the elements on your homepage. If you are, how many elements on your page may have absolute position? https://jmp.sh/XLtBq0M
- Do you have a row or a column on your homepage which contains more than 15 elements?
The issue you are facing is not a common one; it appears specific to your project. Hence without troubleshooting your project, it is difficult to offer meaningful help.

Hi George,
Thank you for the quick reply. Here are the details:
- Number of blocks count: 11 (pasteboard.co/l9Wo2ztRYGke.png)
- Position: I've checked all the lemwents and sub-elements. Not all of them have the position property available in the settings, but for the ones that it does, they are all set to position:none.
- More than 15 elements: I think only this slider has more than 15 elements: pasteboard.co/QZOurFktRvi2.png
Can you give me some more info as to why the Brizy plugin may not be compatible with a theme? Also, would the css files list from the code coverage tool I've sent you earlier indicate anything?
Best,
Ozgur

Hi Ozgur,
Based on your answers to my questions, I don't find any possible reason why this issue should happen.
Themes developed by different theme authors may not have an automatic compatibility with different plugins. Any WordPress plugin can have incompatibility issue with another plugin or a theme. We have worked with few theme builders and have ensured that their themes work well with Brizy. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
