I put worng email when buying personal plan on your site.

I added the wrong email when buying the personal plan for my brizy cloud LTD account.
I didnt understand that I had to put the same email for the account. So now I made a new purchase to the correct account.
Is it possible to cancel the account and get refund for the wrong account I made?
