BrizyCloud Agency Questions
Hi, I have a few questions before purchasing BrizyCloud Agency.
1. When my agency lands a new client, can I use Brizy's Paddle payment system to charge them for project-based or monthly payments (prices set by me)? Or is this only for the Reseller plans?
2. The agency plan includes 100 workspaces and 100 custom domains. Can a workspace use more than one custom domain, or is this restricted in some way?
If a client uses multiple subdomains, does this count as a custom domain?
3. Can I have ready-to-go sites with my own designs/sites in every new workspace?
4. Will my clients ever see the word/logo for Brizy when they sign up as a website user?
5. As Brizy adds new features, sometimes you have to start a new site to access the new features. I can't have clients doing this. Will agency cloud sites be upgraded as brizy continues to implement new features?
Many thanks.

Hey,
Of course, thanks for message.
1. When my agency lands a new client, can I use Brizy's Paddle payment system to charge them for project-based or monthly payments (prices set by me)? Or is this only for the Reseller plans?
In the Agency plan we don't handle billing, you do it on your side like you usually do with your clients. If you want it automated that is in the reseller plan, we have APIs, you can integrate Brizy Cloud on your side the way you want, have your billing system, give access, create accounts, login users through SSO (Single Sign ON), etc. The API route requires development on your side, if you don't have a developer, you'll need to hire one to help you with the implementation.
2. The agency plan includes 100 workspaces and 100 custom domains. Can a workspace use more than one custom domain, or is this restricted in some way?
If a client uses multiple subdomains, does this count as a custom domain? No restrictions, you can create all 100 websites and link them with custom domains in 1 workspace if you want. If the subdomains are subdomains of a custom domain, then yes it is counted from your total of 100.
3. Can I have ready-to-go sites with my own designs/sites in every new workspace?
The new workspaces come empty by default, but you can create websites there, ready to go, and when you invite the client in that workspace they will get access to them and start edit / modify.
4. Will my clients ever see the word/logo for Brizy when they sign up as a website user?
No, they will see your logo.
5. As Brizy adds new features, sometimes you have to start a new site to access the new features. I can't have clients doing this. Will agency cloud sites be upgraded as brizy continues to implement new features?
There was only 1 major release for the CMS, blogging and dynamic content, that restricted access from one type of project to another in the past. From that point on we didn't have any major migrations like this and we don't foresee one anytime soon because the CMS was already added and all the updates we are doing right now take that into account and all the updates are applied to all accounts.
Let me know if we can help with anything else.
Best,

Hi @Dimi!
Thanks for these answers, they were perfect. Just a couple more:
1. If I grow to a point of needing 100 extra workspaces, is my pricing grandfathered in?
2. Will the Cloud -> WP import still work with an Agency Plan?
3. Does the Reseller plan have all the white label features of the Cloud Agency?
As soon as clone/duplicate project/post feature is implemented, I will definitely buy this for my business.0 -
Hey,
1. If I grow to a point of needing 100 extra workspaces, is my pricing grandfathered in?
We don't have that in place right now. But we can figure it out for you sure.
2. Will the Cloud -> WP import still work with an Agency Plan?
Yes, and no it depends. Yes it works because you only need to login into your Brizy account from WordPress and if you login into your Agency plan Brizy Cloud account then it will work.
But if you have white label setup in WordPress as well, we remove the option to sync, because we can't white label that. If the user (your WP client) doesn't have an account they'll need to create one and it needs to be a Brizy account and agree with our terms of use.
So, it works without any problems if you don't white label your Brizy WordPress. If you do it, the sync connect option will disappear from the Brizy WordPress.
3. Does the Reseller plan have all the white label features of the Cloud Agency?
The Reseller for WordPress has white label options yes, of course they are a bit different because we are in WordPress not Cloud. But yes you can brand the WP admin and builder with your brand and links.
As soon as clone/duplicate project/post feature is implemented, I will definitely buy this for my business.
We are already working on it for some time. It will come soon. This year for sure.
Hope this helps
