Membership feature doesn't seem to work as expected
I spent close to 1-1.5 days but I am unable to get the membership feature to work.
Here are some issues.
1) I am unable to customize the registration page or fields.
2) When I try to edit a user, it goes to the page editor to design the layout which isn't relevant for users.
3) Unable to find the login/registration section that is shown in the tutorial/help article so I can customize and use it.
4) Totally not sure how to customise or define what happens when user clicks login, register now etc.
Can someone from the team please help?

Hi Adithya,
Let me answer your questions.
- We have very few customization options for the Registration form. You can turn off few fields but cannot add new fields. Please have a look at this screenshot https://jmp.sh/cvroBSk
- To edit a user, please click on his/her name. https://jmp.sh/y8nNVSd
- I don't fully understand what you mean by Login/registration section. Can you link to the tutorial you are referring to?
- Create a registration page and drag and drop the Login element to it and select the Register type. (see the attached image)
You can also create a login page/ login popup and drag and drop the Login element to it.

Thank you so much, George.
Regarding 1. and 2. - Looks like there is a lot of things hidden which isn't something we can know on the surface. This helped me for sure.
Regarding 3. - Like it is shown here. I would like to customize how the name and logout button looks for users who are logged in. Unable to figure out how to do it. And I was primarily referring to this where login and register buttons are next to each other but I don't find such a template. This is the blog post
Regarding 4. Yes, noted. I had already created and I am customising it now. The only thing I would like to know is how to customize logout visibility. And and the dynamic content such as #Firstname etc doesn't work.
ALSO most importantly, I don't see a way webhook option to add/create members automatically based on an external signup. It will be great if you can help me with this too.
Thanks again0 -
Also, here is another issue for which I am sure there should be a way. When I manually add an user/member - the following email is received by the invited user which isn't right. How do we customize and as the user to set password?
Hello Adithya,
You are receiving this message because you recently signed up for an account on our website. You can login using the following:
https://demo.brizy.site/
Email: inviteduser@email.com
Password: the password chosen when setting up the account. -- this is not right because password is not set.
Also, how do we customize this whole message as it misleads the member?0 -
Hi Adithya,
Please find my answers below.
- How to show the name of the logged in user? Please drag and drop the 'Login' element and select the 'Type' as Authorized (see the attached image)
- To design the Login and Registration tabs side by side like this we do not have a readymade template. I have created a design similar to this. Please download this ZIP file: https://jmp.sh/uQb1KTi Then import this block in your project by going to 'Saved Blocks' and clicking on 'Import New Block' https://jmp.sh/419mo1j
- Add members automatically based on an external signup: this is not possible with Brizy Cloud at the moment.
- Adding users manually: You are right; the workflow of adding users manually does not look right. Let me get back to you on this.

Hello George,
Thank you so much for the template, that helps.
Regarding 3. I see there has been request for webhooks support for Pabbly from past 2+ years - would this be prioritised? As you know, the info we capture is of no value if not used the way it is supposed to be.
Regarding 4. Yes please, fixing this would help and also how to we customize the messaging and possibly add our own email ID for consistent branding?
Please let me know0 -
Hi Adithya,
Integrating Brizy Form with Pabbly Connect is in our Feature Request list; we are not currently working on this. These are the priorities for this year
We are looking into the bug while adding users manually.

Hi George,
Following up this issue after 100 days, any update?
Is the user onboarding process fixed??0 -
Hi Adithya,
If you are asking about the ability to set password when adding a user in the Brizy Cloud backend, we are still working on it. Users can be added only using the registration module at the moment.
