    I notice that you have purchased a plan for Brizy Worpress, but you are posting the question in Brizy Cloud. If you need a Brizy Cloud  Plan then we can process the refund for the Brizy WordPress plan and you can buy a new plan. Please advice.

    Your Pro account in Brizy Cloud has been activated. If you will add a project to your account you can see that you have all the pro elements activated.  I notice that you are working in another account, in a Free account, see here. So, if a Pro user is working in a Free account then the Pro user has only the Free options. You cannot use the pro options in a free account.

    Hi nelea,

    I dont get it. I thought i had an free account and by purchasing the pro I could change elements on the site. so whats the point of having  pro options if i cant use it. 
    Also i cant publish the site, the publish button is not there. Also cant change my email in the contact form.
    So what do i have to do, to be able to change elements, publish and change email in contact form?
    Would be very thankful if you could help me.

    You  are working in the Rick's account and you have the role of Designer. Please see this video : Teams: The Role Manager | The Dashboard | CLOUD 2020 - YouTube , min 2:09. If you want to be able to execute more options in that project, please request Rick , not to limit your actions, and to modify the role in that project.

    Please sent the URL of your project and we will check the issue with the button.

    Regarding the contact form, please see this video : Contact Forms & Integrations | Brizy WordPress 101 | Lesson 23 - YouTube , it will help to change the email from the contact form. Also, please see these article as well : Contact form integrations – Brizy Help Center

    Hi nelea,

     

    thanks for your quick response. here are two screenshots of my problem.    because it sais get a pro plan i thought i could change if got a pro plan. but after getting it it still sais it. also the publish button is not there

    the website was made when the features were free and the problem is that the owner who made my page is gone and dissappeared in a different country with no way to contact him.

    You are a Designer in a FREE account and you can not apply your PRO functions in a FREE account that's why I have added this project  https://daniellemm-de.brizy.site/  in your account info@dani.......de. See here. Now if you sign into Brizy Cloud using your email, you can use the PRO features and make the changes that you need.

    Hi nelea,

    first of all thanks a lot for changing me to owner.

    sadly since you changed me to owner

    when  i click save update the changes are only shown/saved when im in edit project. when i go to the page normally the new changes are not shown.

    -the header is the same even though its  changed in edit project

    - when i change a text it doesnt show it when i go to my page normally .

    -email doesnt arrive through the contact form even though in edit project all is fine.

    all changes are shown in edit project when i log in but not when i go to the page normally.
