Post Archive Template Page not showing any customisable options

Hi there,

I have created an archive template page and folllowed the video tutorial on this, but when I add the archive section to the block in the brizy builder, it's not showing me any of my posts, just the pagination numbers, which means I cannot style it to look the same as my posts page. (see picture - how it looks in Brizy builder)

On my live archive page the posts show up but styled in the brizy default. Thanks :)

  Hi Laylah,

  Can you please check few compatibility issues?

  1. Theme compatibility:  Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes go well with Brizy. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. If you are not using one of these themes, try changing to one of these and see if it helps
  2. PHP Compatibility: Please check if you are using PHP 7.4 or above. https://jmp.sh/2MRd96w
  3. WordPress compatibility: Please check if you are using WordPress 5.9 or above https://jmp.sh/Oe63wQY
  4. Plugin compatibility: Are you using a plugin which is not compatible with Brizy? If none of the above helped, try deactivating one plugin at a time and check if that helps.

  Hi there,
  Thanks for the response.
  I am using Neve
  My PHP is 8.0
  My wordpress is updated to 6.0.1
  I have de-activated all plugins apart from Brizy
  I have cleared my Cache etc...

  Hi Laylah,

  Few of our users have faced some issues when using Neve along with Brizy. Would you mind changing your theme to either Twenty Twenty One or one of these https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners and check if the problem persists?

  I have tried multiple themes as suggested and unfortunately none work for this. Twenty Twenty One, Blocksy, Astra and Framework. I have re cleared cache after re-install and re-started browser and and logged back into wordpress.

  Hi Laylah,

  I have looked at your 'Blog Listing and 'Archive' templates. In both, I can see the Archive element displaying available blog posts. For the Archive template, I needed to change the Display Condition.

  Hi Laylah,

  You had selected the following Display Condition for your Archive page. I changed this to Blog page and then it started working fine.
