Brizy Cloud Refund Request
Hi I'd like to get a refund on my Brizy Cloud purchase.
My order number is: Order #39333066-51076952
My reasons for cancelling and requesting a refund is:
- Page builder takes too long to load.
- The menu setup doesn't work. Couldn't drag and change the order of the menu after multiple attempts and page refreshes.
- The mega menu is too difficult to set up, especially on the left hand side of the screen. When you go to add an element, the element bar goes over the mega menu.
Please send me an email confirmation that my account is cancelled and refund has been processed.
I'm sure the Brizy Builder platform will be great in the future, but it's a bit too 'beta' for us at this stage. We look forward to seeing the platform develop further.
