Hello guys, i have a problem with brizy builder, he don't work when i want to edit with brizy

  Hi Robin,

  Can you elaborate the issue in more detail?  When you click on 'Edit with Brizy' what happens? Do you get an error message or screen goes blank or something else?

  If possible, please do a screen recording of the issue, so that we can understand it better.

  When I click to "Edit with Brizy" the page refresh and nothing happen.

  Hi Robin,

  Can you please do these compatibility checks?  

  1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
  2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
  3. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
  4. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.

  If none of these help, please get back to us; we will help you troubleshoot

  Hello, all is good the theme is ok all is ok but still not working.. i send you the access cuz i am confident.

  Hi Robin,

  The password you had sent appears incorrect. I get this message

  

  Please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. Please enable the option "Send the new user an email about their account" as in this screenshot https://jmp.sh/sOSGGR3  This way, you can delete the user, once we finish our work.

  Once you have sent me an invitation, please let me know here.

  Hi Robin,

  I am sorry; I had deleted the credentials because this is a public forum. Can you create a user for me like I had mentioned in my previous comment or send the login URL, username and password one more time?

  Your hosting provider is better equipped to handle this error. Can you please report this issue to Hostinger Support?
