Google Index problem "noindex" in the meta tag "robots"

Hello support team,
my page: https://vana-friseursalon.de has fallen from position 1 from the Google index since a few days. 

In the Google Search Console is called as a reason: "noindex" in the meta tag "robots" detected.

Can you please check where this entry in Brizy Cloud comes from?

  Hi

  We have a 'Search Engine visibility' toggle switch at the project level and at page level. Please check if it is turned on at both project and page level. Here is how you check it. https://jmp.sh/JKsNlTq

  Hi,

  i turned on the 'Search Engine visibility' toggle switch at page level and clicked on update. The screen turned grey and did not update. https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/6989187/editor/page/120174. Please fix it.

  s attachment 3 screenshots what I have done. It concerns the page home. In general, the behavior of Brizy Cloud is extremely slow today.

  We have fixed this bug. You should be able to make changes to Search Engine Visibility now. Please check
