Duplicated queries

Brizy is generating a lot of queries to our data base and most of them are duplicated and we think Brizy is the responsable of some database errors that is shuting down our entire website, plese analize this case:

Brizy version: 2.4.2

  Hi Jose,

  Can you please elaborate the issue in more detail?  

  • What are the database errors that you see? Can you please share screenshots?
  • Can you elaborate the phrase "Shutting down our entire website" What are the symptoms that gives you the impression that the website is shutdown? What action causes your website to shut down?
  • What are duplicate queries and any specific reason why you think Brizy is causing website shutdown?

  If possible, please do a screen recording so that we can understand the issue better.

  This error just happen like once or twice per day so I cannot replicate the error, but its something like these after beeing a few minutes frozen:

  

  The only contant that we found when the database error happens, its when where are editing a page in Brizy.
  There is like 38 duplicated queries but here is an example:

  I see that your website is hosted on a Digital Ocean server. If you are hosting with Cloudways, they should be able to help you resolve this error. If you are hosting directly with Digital Ocean, you may need to investigate this yourself.

  Could you resolve the database connectivity error?

  The connectivity error still appearing but just like one or twice per day, and we think the excesive queries and duplicated queries from Brizy to the MySQL database are creating this problem of connectivity error.

  Hi Jose,

  Please follow the process to fix the database connectivity error (keeping aside your inhibitions/ assumptions)

  1. Could you read through and implement the suggestions in the article I had linked above?
  2. If you are not sure how to implement the suggestions in the article, your hosting company should be able to help. Have you contacted them?
