DNS mail issues
Hi,
Could you please help with the following issue? I have filled in the required data (Brizy settings) in my DNS settings, and my website www.jeroenderaaf.com is live.
So far, so good, however my e-mail on my domain jeroenderaaf.com does not work anymore. I cannot send or receive any e-mail.
When I delete the A record. My e-mail works again, but then my site is offline.
I'm already in contact with my hosting, and they say everything works fine on their end. But I am not sure about that.
I also did a check here: https://viewdns.info/dnsreport/?domain=jeroenderaaf.com
At the end, it says:
| WWW CNAME lookup | Oops! You have a CNAME entry for your WWW record but the A record associated is not returned with it! This means an extra lookup needs to be performed, unecessarily increasing loading times for your site. |
I am not sure what this means, and TBH, this is how far my knowledge goes. I am aware that this is something I have to figure out with the hosting provider, but maybe you can provide me with some knowledge/questions to ask that will help me in pointing them in the right direction.

In your DNS records you have specified your mail server as h7.mijn.host. Please check if this information is correct. Have a look at this page. https://mijn.host/kb/standaard-email-poorten-voor-imap-pop-smtp/
What you have highlighted above about WWW CNAME lookup does not affect your emails.
