Brizy Pro not Activated

Hi! I would like to ask why my employee is having a "Get Pro" tab on our WordPress site and cannot use Pro functions (Pls see screenshot) when we have our license for StripePage (Pls see screenshot)?  Also, how can we install the zip file of Brizy so that we can get the latest version?

  Hi,

  1. Perhaps your employee has a Free account. If the user has a Free account and wants to work in a Pro account, then he will have only the Free options.  A free user cannot use the PRO options from the Pro account, if he wants to have Pro options too he should purchase a Pro plan.

  2. We don't recommend installing a previous version of Brizy builder because this action can affect the way is working Brizy and display Brizy pages. But, if you anyway want to take this risk and install the previous versions, we can recommend deleting the current versions and installing manually older versions for Brizy Free and Pro.
