Hello, can you please cancel my subscription, I am having some issues with the videos, I have noticed you have updated your builder, but your training library is not.  please cancel the service, most likely I will come back under the cloud version and see from there.

  Hi,

  Like I told you in the other post, you watched the video from the From Brizy Cloud and look for the same functions in Brizy Worpress. But Brizy WordPress and Brizy Cloud have different dashboards. So, if you need some information for Brizy Worpress please see the video for Brizy Worpress, not for Cloud.

  Hello Nelea, 

   

  After reviewing the videos, we prefer to go under the Whitelabel Agency Cloud solution.

  So can you please cancel the service and issue a refund or

   just change our plan to the cloud version 1-year plan.

  Also, I heard from the video that you guys offer a Whitelabel cloud lifetime option if this is correct,  please let me know.

  We can not change the plan from Wordpress to Cloud. We can refund the Wordpress Plan then you can buy a new plan for Brizy Cloud. Here, you can find info about lifetime option. To process the refund i need your order ID, please send us.

  Your refund for Brizy Worpress Plan was processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days. Now you can purchase the new plan for Brizy Cloud.
