Cancel Subscription

Hi, I tried out Brizy a year ago and took out a Brizy Pro subscription to build a clients website, this also seems to have included Brizy cloud.

My client is happy with the website but I have no need for the Pro subscription to continue. Please could you cancel this as the website seems to use no Pro features and the free version is all that is required.

Note, you have already tried to take the subscription from an old card, but this has failed and I see no way to cancel through my account page.
