All contact forms using the same settings

Version 2.4.2 Brizy Pro

Since updating to the latest version, if you change the settings such as recipients, or the subject line, all forms on that site change.

We have several different forms for various responses some previous set to go to different recipients now all have changed to the same recipients with the same subject line where previously these could be different.

  Hi Richard,

  If you have placed your Contact Us Here form in a global block, you have a single form which is being reused across multiple pages; hence the behavior you have mentioned above is expected.

  Can you please confirm if this form is in a global block? Go to the block which has the form and check if you see a blue globe icon attached to the black block settings icon. Please see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/pK1O1XZ

  Hi

  Thanks for your assistance, this isn’t the form that wasn’t the form that was causing the problem and none are set as global, however, I had duplicated the page, after deleting the form and recreating it from scratch it now appears to be working correctly.
