My White Label Cloud Stopped working - Help

Please help me get white label cloud working again it worked for maybe a year but I haven't checked in the last month. I have bought all LTD all along and have the 100 White label domains and was set up but not working now.

Cloud is derek@...........ck.com

My normal LTD Brizy unlimited cloud is derek@pc.....c.com

webdesignpc.com is where the websites render and existing sites are still working like:

https://titan.webdesignpc.com/

But I can not get into the white label builder at:

admin.websitebuilderpc.com

DNS Settings seem ok but maybe something changed on your end or my account please check

  Thank you for contacting us.

  In order to have the White Label option please login with this email  derek@.........ck.com in  this account: https://www.brizy.io/account/  Then please go to Brizy Cloud, see here, then you will have the new white label dashboard, see here.
