Popup only works in preview

Hi,

I have a popup created, and it works fine in the preview. However, on the live page it doesn't open. I see this added to the end of the page URL: "#mrdrtclfmvbmgvmwydhgvrnfthhyzkqiykzh".

I tried setting the popup as global but it still doesn't work.

Please let me know if I missed a setting somewhere.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.4.2 and Brizy Pro 2.4.2 version?   Could you please try to delete the browser cache and check again? Could you please show us a screenshot with the display conditions and triggers you set for the pop-up? Have you created an internal or an external pop-up? Also, could you please send us the URL link of the page where the pop-up has to be displayed?
