    Hi Devashish,

    Can you please elaborate more?

    1. How did you make the backup? Did you use a plugin? If so, which plugin?
    2. How did you reinstall it on a new domain? What are the steps you have followed? Please explain the process.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for the mail.

We didn't use any plugin for the backup.

We took a database backup in the form of .sql file and made a new database named it and uploaded backup data over there & replaced all old link to new, and renamed the existing subdomain to new domain and applied ssl certificate for new domain.

After all migration in this process, we installed all plugins again & activated brizzy.

    Hi Devashish,

The migration process you were following was not a recommended process. Please try this alternate migration process for a smooth migration of your website.

    1. Install WPvivid Backup Plugin in the website you want to migrate
    2. Create a full site backup using the plugin (including the database and the site files)
    3. Download the backup files into your local computer. Depending on the size of your website, you may have multiple backup files.
    4. Install WordPress again on the domain you wan to migrate to
    5. Install WPVivid Backup Plugin in the new WordPress installation
    6. Upload the backup files to WPVivid (if there are more than one backup files, upload all files)
    7. Restore the website from the backup
