Brizy Pro installed/activated w license key but still cannot access pro elements

I'm using WordPress 6.0 and verified have latest plugins of Brizy 2.4.2 & Brizy Pro 2.4.2

Have reinstalled both twice & still cannot access Pro elements.  What else could it be?

  I see all the Brizy Pro elements. Can you explain what you mean by  "still cannot access Pro elements"

  Hi KC, I think I'm just confused b'tween Pro and the Cloud version. I will watch some more of the instructional videos to understand this better. Sorry for the trouble & thanks for your time...JT "

  Hi Jerry,

  You have purchased the Brizy Pro plan for Worpress. In your dashboard for Brizy Worpress, all the pro options are activated. For Brizy Cloud you have only the Free options included because you did not purchase a pro plan. If you need to have Brizy Pro options for the cloud environment you should purchase a Pro plan for Brizy Cloud.
