HTML Backup
Hi,
I want to backup my site to HTML, but it's taking too long. The site is very large (150+ pages) so I know it will take a lot longer than normal...however, after 15 minutes, I'm still getting the rotating circle, indicating it's still in progress.
Can you check this for me?
Cheers.

Hi David,
Generating the HTML Export ZIP file is a resource intense activity. Hence we have made it a slow process to ensure that the other websites and projects do no get affected by this process. Even for a small project with 5-10 pages HTML Download can take 10 minutes. For your project, it may take an hour.
Once you start the process, take a break and go back to it after an hour or so.

Hi Kc,
Ok, I waited & eventually, I guess it completed...however, I've no idea where the HTML file is. I can't find it under downloads. Any suggestions?
I really need to set up a copy of this site, so I can do a major overhaul & make it more dynamic.
I know I can save every page & reload it, but at nearly 200 pages, this is not realistic.
I want to reimport the HTML file into Brizy Cloud & set it up as a duplicate. Is this the best (or only) way of doing it? If so, how do I re-import the HTML file?
Is there any estimated date yet for the duplicate sites feature? I feel this is the biggest omission within Brizy cloud, especially for agencies.
Regards,
David

Hi David,
Probably because of the huge size of your website, the HTML download could not work well on your project. Even if you download the HTML ZIP file, there is no way to import it back to Brizy Cloud.
Duplicating/cloning a project is a feature scheduled for the second half of this year. We can't predict a timeline for it though
