My Studio Plan Subcription

Hi Support Team,

I bought the Studio Plan for Earlybird Supporters Brizy WP Lifetime in September 2021. This plan is valid from August 2022 to 2023, but I only see 2022 in my account. Please check the validity so that I am not deleted on 1 August 2022 and the transition is automatic. 

What are the conditions for this Studio Plan actually? Unlimted custom websites and hosting on Brizy servers?

I live in EU - Germany - How do you make sure my websites are hosted on EU servers?

I need proof for my clients.

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We have checked your account and on this email re.....@yahoo.com you have only the Lifetime plan. Perhaps you have both the Studio Plan with another email, and it is in another account.  You can host WordPress sites on whatever server you want. Cloud is hosted on AWS, we don't have Cloud on EU servers yet (we'll have in the future)

  I only have this account. On 9/16/2021, I signed up for the $99/year plan for unlimited hosting in Brizy Cloud through this account (applies after the 2 free years you received with your LTD purchase).

   

  I have send payment infos to your support@brizy.io Please check the payment infos.
