change Brizy Personal to Brizy agency

I would like to change my Personal account to Agency account for a year. How  I do it?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Yes, it is possible to upgrade from Brizy Pro Personal to Brizy Agency. For this you have to enter in your Brizy Account and go to Account -> Payments. Here  you can find the "Upgrade Subscription" button. Click on the upgrade, choose the new plan, see here , then pay only the difference.

  But how I get the discounts? And will I lose the Keys for my older sites?

  Hi,

  When you click on the 'Upgrade Subscription', your discounted price will be calculated. Once you upgrade, your Agency plan will be setup on a different account. You will have access to your Personal Plan in your current account and the Agency plan in the new account.

  You can continue to use all your existing websites and licenses.

  Hi Nelea - I have Freelancer and was considering upgrading to Agency. I don't have the option of 'Upgrade Subscription' when I go to my Account > Payments page. It just shows my past payment. How would I do the upgrade if I wanted to proceed? Thanks.

  Hi,

  Please purchase the  Agency plan from the Brizy website, then we will refund the money for the Freelancer plan. Also, with the new plan, you will have new license, the old license from the Freelancer plan will not work anymore. Each plan has its license, so you will need to delete the old license, generate a new license, and replace them.  Please write us after you will by the new plan and we will process the refund for the old plan.
