Brizy Cloud - Own Domain - SSL

Hi, on June 27th in the afternoon I connected my own domain to Brizy Cloud and everything went ok, I read that I had to wait 24 hours for the SSL to be enabled and so my page works, but so far it has not been enabled, this appears when I try to enter with my domain: "This website can not provide a secure connection".

What can I do? Thanks!

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you please try this? Delete your custom domain and add it again and wait for half an hour and see the SSL issue gets resolved.

  Hi,

  The problem still remains: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

  I also tried to connect from Safari browser and I get "Safari could not establish a secure connection to the server

  Please remove this record  comexlab.site.        3600    IN    AAAA    2607:f1c0:100f:f000::200  from your DNS settings.
