    I am sorry; I could not understand your question. Can you give us more details?

    1. Are you not able to add a Brizy license to one of your websites?
    2. What issue are you facing? Do you see an error?
    3. Can you please share the URL of your website?

    Still having the same problem. I can connect on my other websites, but 1 website will not connect. I can connect to my account in a separate browser window, in fact I am currently in my account, but when I am trying to save a favorite block on my website to reuse on other pages of the same website, it rejects my user name and password.  I have tried resetting the password numerous times, but no success!

    I have an upgraded account.  The website has a license.

    Hi Rosemary,

    The reason why you can't save blocks or access your Brizy account to sync saved blocks and layouts could be because of a conflict with another software in your WordPress environment. Can you check these?

    1. Please check your Brizy and Brizy Pro versions. Are you using the latest? 
    2. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? These themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
    3. Deactivate the following systems/plugins one by one and see if you are able to save blocks/access your Brizy account.
    • Cloudflare
    • Envato Elements plugin
    • Wordfence Security 
    • Advanced WordPress Backgrounds plugin 

    If you are not able to troubleshoot this issue, please let us know; we will take a look at your project to fix this issue.

    I deactivated and checked all of that you suggested.  Still no success, still says username and password is incorrect.

    I have to reactivate wordfence.  It's not safe without.  It's impossible to sell websites if my own isn't looking good.
