When using multiple forms across site, all leads are captured in the leads section but with no title to tell you which page or section of your site they came from. Can we get a Leads Title added so that we know what the contacts are reaching out to us for? This will help us route it to the correct person.

  Hi Heather,

  To identify the page the form is coming from, please add an extra field to your forms and make the filed hidden. Then add the name of the page in the field label.

  In the Leads section, you can identify which page the form is coming from by looking at the hidden field.

  Yes but it was prior to the recent updates from Brizy. All of my forms were created 1-2 years ago. Do I have to create new ones to get the functionality that is now available in the forms?

  Hi Heather,

  Are you saying that the Hidden field type is missing in the form you have on your website? If this option is missing, you could be using an older version of the form. Try adding a new form in that case.
