Mailchimp Integration is broken
Mailchimp integration with a form had been working great. I tried to add another form to our front page which included a new field and link it to Mailchimp. Now no form connected to Mailchimp works on our site. Even deleting every form, deleting all API keys both in Mailchimp and in Brizy, then readding them all has not fixed the issue.
Looking at the dev console, this is the response from the POST request
{"success":false,"data":{"code":500,"message":"Member was not created."}}
This does not appear to be a response from Mailchimp.
Environment details:
- WordPress (6.0)
- Brizy (2.4.2)
- Brizy Pro (2.4.2)
- Google Analytics (8.6.0)
- Jetpack (11.0)
Edit: I've also tried deactivating all but the two Brizy plugins which did not fix the issue

Hi Bailey,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have tested the Mailchimp integration and it seems to work fine at my end. Can you please confirm this?
Mailchimp has an Audience database and it has certain data fields like Email, First Name, Last Name, Address etc. When you integrate a Brizy form with Mailchimp, every Brizy Form field must have a corresponding database field in the Mailchimp Audience Database. Please check if you have mapped every Brizy form field to a Mailchimp Audience database field appropriately.
Regards, Nelea.

Hi Neela,
Yes I make sure to map the fields to MailChimp fields every time.
The first time I tried adding new fields, I used the Auto Generate option which did create those fields in my MailChimp audience database, but seems to have broken the integration entirely. Now everytime I try to connect a form, I map those fields appropriately.

Hi Bailey,
If you need help with Mailchimp integration, we will need access to your WordPress Dashboard and your Mailchimp account.
If you need this help, please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. Please enable the option "Send the new user an email about their account" as in this screenshot https://jmp.sh/tSRznJX Please also send Mailchimp credentials to the same email address.
Once you have sent me an invitation, please let me know here.

The only way to fix this is to give y'all credentials to our website AND Mailchimp? That's absurd.

Hi Bailey,
Yes; if you know how to troubleshoot, then you can do it. Otherwise someone else should troubleshoot it for you.
