downloaded brizy pro and unable to use any pro features

downloaded and paid for agency brizy pro and I'm unable to use it on wordpress it keeps taking me to the page to purchase rather than making any templates available for me to use. please advise what's happening and how to correct this.

  Thank you for contacting us. 

  I have checked your account and noticed that you have not added the license to the dashboard. You should generate first a new license and then add it to the WP dashboard.
