    Hi Théophile,

I just tested the Comment element with Brizy 2.4.2 and Brizy Pro 2.4.2. Please see my test here https://jmp.sh/YDlDVic It seems to work fine at my end.

Here are few steps you can consider for troubleshooting this issue at your end.

    1. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? These themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. Twenty Twenty One also works smoothly with Brizy. Try changing to one of these themes (if you are not using it already)
    2. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? Please check it here https://jmp.sh/Oe63wQY
    3. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above? Please check your PHP version here https://jmp.sh/2MRd96w
    4. Are you using a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy?  Try deactivating one plugin at a time and see if the problem resolves.

If you need help with troubleshooting, please let us know; we would be happy to take a look at your WordPress Dashboard.

    Hi, thanks for your answer.

I'm working on a website with php 7.4, wordpress 6.0, using generatepress theme (a very classical theme, who is compatible too).

When I saw your video I thought of testing on another browser. and it works. After some research, I realized that it was one of my extensions on firefox that was blocking the comment block because of facebook! It's okay, I can work by disabling this module. Thanks !

In general, brizy has done a great translation, but not for this part :

    We can't modify texts !

    Hi Théophile,

You are right; looks like we have not translated the specific strings you have mentioned. We will request our development team to add these strings to the list of translations.
