    Hi Manuel,

    Have you tried this?

Hi George, thanks for your reply.

I just tried it and says that "This rule is already used", for both Exclude Categories, as you can see in the attachment.

    Any idea why that happen?

    Thanks.

    Hi Manuel,

In the list of Brizy Templates, please check if you have created other Archive Templates. Delete other Archive Templates and try again to add the above Display Conditions.

    Hi,

This would be another Archive Template?, is that ok or should I change something? Because that's in use and is working fine.

    Thanks.

    Hi Manuel,

You can apply a specific Display Condition to only one Brizy Template. For example, if you have applied the Blog Display Condition to a Brizy Template, you can't apply the same to another. In the template you are building now, you can apply Display Conditions which are not already applied to other templates.

    Thanks for your answer, George.

Considering what you say, and going back to the initial question, why can't I exclude certain Categories?

    Hi Manuel,

You should be able to exclude categories. The error "The rule is already used" indicates that you have added the below rule to another Brizy template. Hence cannot be added here again.

    George,

Great, is working now. But I guess that I'm not going to use a template, because the Archive element, it doesn't have the "Filter by category" options, like, in the other hand, the Post element.

If you know a way to add filters to the Archive element, that would be great.

For example, as you can see in the image down here.

    Thanks

    Hi Manuel,

When you are developing a Brizy Template, the categories are selected in the Display Condition already hence you don't get an option to select the categories in the Archive element.

    Hi,

Sorry, I said that was solved, but is not. I tried now in other Template I have, and I still don't get to solve the issue I have with Template and Archive. Is there any solution or explanation if it is a Brizy problem or if I'm doing something wrong?

    Thanks a lot.

BACK END with display conditions selected. I'm excluding Categories, that later on the FRONT END are being displayed.

FRONT END with post that should not be there.

    Hi Manuel,

You are not using the Display Conditions I had suggested above. Use these conditions and delete all other archive templates to ensure that you are not repeating a Display Condition that was already used in another template.
