    If you have added the shortcode using the Embed element, try pasting the same code with Shortcode element If you are not using one of the recommended themes, please try changing your theme to one of these and see if that helps. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

    Hi Scott,

    You had mentioned that when you add the embed code, you get the error message "The page needs a refresh" and you cannot save the code. This normally happens when you have a security system/malware protection system/DDOS  enabled on your hosting account. It interferes with the embed code. eg: ModSecurity.

    The solution is to disable the security system temporarily, install the code and then enable it again.
