image quality diff between images from Woocommerce shortcodes and 'Products' element

Hi,

 

2 questions.

 

First, as the subject says, for some reason, the quality of the images from a Woocommerce shortcode inserted into a page using the 'shortcode' element and the one from the Woocommerce 'Products' element is different(screenshot attached). the shortcode images resolution is a bit lower than the 'products' element one. I'm wondering whether I have done something wrong with the shortcode:

[products limit="4" columns="4" orderby="id" order="DESC" visibility="visible"]

or whether there's a way to control image quality using a shortcode parameter. In fact, the shortcode comes from Woocommerce.com's list of their supported shortcodes.

 

On a related note, if you can't adjust image quality using the Woocommerce shortcode, how am I supposed to display 'best selling products' and/or 'latest products' using the Brizy 'Products' element? I don't see such filters in the settings.

  Hi Yungjoo

  When you are using the Woocommerce shortcodes for displaying products, your product card design comes from your theme. If you are using a theme with good Woocommerce support, you may have several options to customize the look of your product pages. In this video, you can see how you can use a higher size product image in your Product Archive page using Blocksy theme. https://jmp.sh/VVfefKM  Here is my test page https://kctest.online/products

  If your current theme does not support many woocommerce options, consider changing to a theme with very good woocommerce support. Eg: Astra, Blocksy, Kadence etc.
