Issues upload image

I am unable to upload an image element. When I click on the upload button, nothing pops up.

I have the image in wordpress library and I am using Rife Free Theme (free version). 

I have also deactivated all plugins Brizy and Brizy Pro (deactivate, remove, install again) but the problem still persist.

  Can you confirm that you are using the latest Brizy Free and Pro options 2.4.2 ? Also, please switch the theme to one of these recommended themes https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
