ssl certificate doesn't load

Dear Brizy team,

I'm trying to host my side on your platform but I want to connect my own custom domain. I followed the steps in your documentation. Both entries CNANE and A direct are green but the side still doesn't load. I also made sure there is only one @ A record and www CNAME record.

Can you please help?

  Hi Jennifer,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you please try this? Delete your custom domain and add it again and wait for half an hour and see the SSL issue gets resolved.

  Hi Nelea,

  thx for your quick reply. I deleted the custom domain and added it again. With and without www. But with both no luck... Currently it is added with the www again.

  Hi Jennifer,

  Please do these to restore the SSL certificate.

  1. Delete the AAAA Record with the value 2a03:4000:30:f505::16:3878 from your domain (see the first screenshot)
  2. Delete the custom domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for the SSL to be added (see the second screenshot)
