I was working on a wordpress multisite with brizy pro for freelancer. I had created several websites previously and nothing wrong. But today when I am working on a new website, brizy asked me to upgrade for a pro version, the menu messed up and some parts in backend editors  were blocked. I already bough the license and the expiration date still long to go. I already updated for the latest version, try to deactivate and reactivate but still not working. Please help.

  Hi Mellianae,

  Can you please mention your Brizy and Brizy Pro version numbers from your Network Admin?

  

  Can you please also confirm if you see the Brizy Pro license activated under Brizy - Settings - License?
