In Render: i have click domain in Render, it show error: "Not Found"
In Brizy Cloud, it show: "Render connection pending"

You have hidden part of your URL hence we can't check your project. If you need help with troubleshooting, please provide the full URL. If you would not like to make your URL public, please mention it. We will edit your URL before making your comment public.
We have no option to add a single domain to the App Sumo deal. You may have to look at adding a new subscription plan to add new domains.

Normally when you sync a Brizy Cloud project to a GitHub repository, it creates several files and atleast one folder. I see only a single file in your GitHub repository.
Please look at my GitHub repository which was created for publishing another Brizy Cloud project. https://github.com/karamchandgeorge/digiwork You can see a number of files and a folder in this repository.

Looks like the your project is not synced with GitHub repository. Could you complete the process steps listed here? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044667811-How-to-connect-your-Render-account?
